These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of NextDEK Inc. (“NextDEK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and its services. By accessing or using NextDEK, you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Description
NextDEK is a community platform that allows players and team managers to find substitute players for games and enables organizations to collect feedback through surveys.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
3. Player Substitution System
Substitution requests represent a good faith commitment to participate. Availability is not legally binding, but users are expected to confirm or decline responsibly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Create fake or misleading accounts
- Scrape, copy, or extract platform data
- Use data for commercial purposes outside NextDEK
- Harass or abuse other users
- Misuse publicly available player data
5. Payments & Subscriptions
NextDEK does not charge individual users. Future subscription plans may be offered to organizations. We are not responsible for billing disputes between organizations and their members.
6. Data & Content
All platform data, including player information, is protected. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse data outside the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
NextDEK is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for missed games, user behavior, or disputes between users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
