NextDEK Inc. (“NextDEK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including Quebec Law 25 and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our web application and services.

1. About NextDEK

NextDEK is a community platform that allows players and team managers to find substitute players for games and enables organizations to collect feedback through surveys.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture
  • Centrale DEK passport number(s), with the email address and package of your Centrale DEK account
  • Date and version of your consent to the Centrale DEK sign-in

Centrale DEK sign-in:

When you create your account, you can let NextDEK sign in to Centrale DEK on your behalf to confirm who you are. Your Centrale DEK email (or mobile phone) and password are used once for that check and are never stored or logged. We read your name, email address and passport information (number, package, expiry, status and classes). Junior passports are ignored. NextDEK does not use passwords: you sign in with a link sent to your email.

Profile Information:

Skill level, position, teams, statistics, and games played may be displayed publicly.

3. Publicly Sourced Data

Some data may be sourced from publicly available sports organizations and leagues. Once integrated, NextDEK is responsible for how this data is used and displayed.

You may request removal or correction at support@nextdek.com.

4. How We Use Data

  • Provide and maintain the platform
  • Enable player matching
  • Send notifications and service messages
  • Send marketing emails (with consent)

5. Communications (CASL)

We only send commercial electronic messages with consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to operate the platform and maintain service integrity. Some public data may be retained longer for legitimate business purposes.

7. Your Rights

  • Access your data
  • Request correction
  • Request deletion

8. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards including HTTPS and secure authentication.
